An international IT park in Hinjewadi, Pune, spread across 25 acres and comprising 2.45 million square feet.
The project has been developed jointly by the Singapore based international developer Ascendas and the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).
The IT park has been conceptualized as a world class office building by way of state-of-the-art design & provision of all facilities required in the campus, including retail and F&B outlets. A central courtyard serves as an access point to all the offices and retail outlets. All board members based in Singapore unreservedly appreciated its contemporary design.
