The software development facility on a plot measuring 5 acre was planned in three phases. First phase involved refurbishment of the existing building. Phase two included design of New Software Building in the Campus spread over 120,000 square feet which was completed in January 2003. Phase three consisting of Software Block III over 150,000 sq ft.

The design intent was to integrate the new building with the existing one and give it a ‘Campus’ feel by creating a new central building which houses the common facilities and connects the two software development blocks overlooking a central green. The central building includes a fitness centre, flexible training room, cafeteria and break out areas. Each building has its own distinct personality that is expressed in the exterior facades. The combination of local sand stone & granite with aluminium composite panel and curtain wall gives the building a very international look with a local flavour. A three storey colorful atrium and open stairs provide the focal point for the plan for the new software development facility and opportunities for employee communication and interaction. Conference and training rooms around the atrium ensures an activated and dynamic space.
