RKA has designed Bangalore’s finest International 5-Star Hotel for ITC Hotels Ltd. on a site area of approximately 3.55 acres.
The hotel consists of 300 rooms spread over 10 floors.
Other facilities would include a banquet hall, rooftop function lawn, pool deck, fitness center and spa. When completed it was one of the world's largest LEED Platinum Rated Green Hotel spread over 725000 sft.
