The India Exposition Mart and Trade Fair at Greater Noida is India’s largest trade center. The project was planned in phases. Both Phase I & II planned for 1.5 million square feet each. This was made on the lines of Trade Marts in Europe such as MESSE, Munich and MESSE, Frankfurt.
The complex planned along a major highway that links New Delhi and Greater Noida has large exhibition halls, a trade mart, hotel, office, food courts, banks, meeting rooms, crate storage, warehouse, truck docks and banquet facilities. A random pattern on large solid walls of red and beige local sand stone along with clear glass and aluminium panels gives the project a very strong presence on the highway. Planned with all modern facilities of a trade center the India Expo Centre provides an international standard platform for trade similar to facilities such as Munich and Frankfurt.
