RKA was selected by Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) following an intense Design Competition to design a Knowledge Based Industrial Park (KBI) at Baprola, Delhi.
The project is spread over 137 acres and is an ambitious project of Delhi Government for facilitating knowledge based industries such as IT, ITES, Biotechnology, Fashion, etc.
The project consists of offices, retail and housing, all at one place, to promote the concept of ‘Walk to Work’. RKA is providing comprehensive services for the project
