An IT Park was designed for Unitech at Noida, UP,  on a plot measuring 19.718 acres.

 

The development consisted of 4 Blocks, of Floor Plate of 20,000 sq. ft. each,  spread over a built-up area of 3 million sq. ft.

 

The IT Park was targeted at the IT /ITES Firms with all modern facilities being provided.
